Fried cabbage Keto style

 Here's a great one.  

1 egg beaten well

1 small head of cabbage

Olive oil 

Butter

Almond flour

1 cup Sour Cream

1 teaspoon Dill

1 head of Garlic, crushed

Heat a mixture of oil and butter over medium heat. Take individual cabbage leaves and remove the thick stems at bottom of leaf.  Dip in egg mixture and then in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Add to hot oil and cook until lightly browned. Turn and fry on other side. While frying mix some sour cream, dill and garlic.  Season with salt to taste.

When cabbage is done fold in 1/3's and plate.  Serve with sour cream sauce.

Optional:  Add horseradish to sauce to taste.

Bet you will want seconds.
