Eye of round, top round, sirloin, been of your choosing. You can even use chuck.
Ingredients
Meat 2-3 pounds, cut in to serving sizes. Flour and brown on medium high till brown on both sides. Put in a crock pot. Slice 1-2 onions and put on top. Add 1 large can tomato sauce and one can Chef Boy R Dee pizza sauce. Cook till tender. Depends on what kind of meat you have. Meanwhile make a big batch of mashed potatoes. To serve, add mashed potatoes on a plate and cover with meat and sauce. Where's my fork?
